I'm tired. As hell. It seems Bitty is going through a teething/growth spurt combo, and sleep is eluding her, and therefore me as well. I've slept about 7 hours over the last 48, and Mommy doesn't function well on so little sleep. I considered hooking up an IV drip of caffeine as a last resort, but unfortunately, I was fresh out of IV supplies. Will place an order in morning.
In other fun news, my camera mysteriously broke this afternoon while taking pictures for a future "day in the life" post. I wasn't quite sure which kid was chewing on it last, so I plan on recouping the cost by taking equal amounts out of each of their piggybanks. Sorry girls, but you break, you buy!
It's Friday night, and naturally, I'm busy thinking about and setting up plans for the weekend. We have such a bustling social life that sometimes I just can't keep up with all the invites and potential activities! The endless flow of income that plagues us on a daily basis allows us to take weekend getaways and day trips at the drop of a hat. So many options! AND THEN I WOKE UP. Sorry, I believe I was sleep-typing there for a minute. My plans for Saturday? A hot date with my coupon binder and the supermarket, and C's hockey game. Since Sunday is the Super Bowl, and we have a pretty decent TV, we've thrown out some half-hearted invites to a few family members to come watch the game. Here's hoping they don't show, and we can sit around in our pajamas and eat crappy food in peace!
